How To Register
Print and fill out the appropriate registration packet below (4 forms) for each dancer. There is an annual non-refundable registration fee of $25 per dancer. This applies to all technique classes and Creative Movement. Send or bring in the completed registration packet, the registration fee, and tuition payment prior to your first class. We currently accept cash or check. Please make checks payable to Vineyard Ballet Academy. You may bring forms and payment to the studio during regularly scheduled class times or mail to the following address:

Your place in a class will not be held and the dancer will not be allowed to participate until the registration fee, first tuition payment and all four forms are received. Registration will be processed in the order received. If a class becomes full, we will notify you that you have been placed on the waiting list.
